Plans and quotas
What each plan includes and how monthly captures are counted.
Every plan includes the Rebuild Package, DESIGN.md and the agent prompt. Plans differ only in how many captures you get each month.

How captures are counted
- A completed capture uses one credit.
- A capture that fails before Mateo starts building the package doesn't count.
- A request rejected before any work starts (an invalid URL, a private or internal address) costs nothing.
Resets
Quotas reset on the 1st of each month at 00:00 UTC. Unused captures don't roll over.
